Memphis blues from Sun studios/Sam Phillips. This is an iconic 45 and hard to find in this condition! The vinyl matrix number is 45-U-77 #72/45-U-78 #72 and the record grading is Near Mint (NM or M-). Released in 1953 it remains a highly sought after Sun records.
