LEE MORGAN "City Lights" Blue Note 1575, P, RVG, DG, Mono Vinyl

This is the 1957, "RVG" stamped, Deep Groove, Laminated Cover, "P"-pressing of LEE MORGAN's "City Lights" on the "47 West 63rd" labels of Blue Note BLP 1575. Musicians include Lee Morgan, Curtis Fuller, George Coleman, Ray Bryant, Paul Chambers, Art Taylor.

VINYL plays well, with consistent low level surface noise (i.e, static, crackle, 静的,うるさい,relative to the volume of the music/instruments), with occasional pops and ticks. Ensemble sections are very dynamic and strong with clean transients, powerful extension and clear tone. No Skips. No locked grooves. Solid gloss, both sides. Handful of hairline marks, 4 feelable. The Deep Groove "47 West 63rd" labels are clean with spindle marks. See photos.

LAMINATED COVER is in excellent condition, strong inking. Corners worn. Top and bottom seams in good shape with cracking. Spine shows cracking, no splits. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS, 47 West 63rd St., New York 23" back jacket shows minor wrinkling along bottom seam, otherwise very clean. Please see photos.
