Vinyl: Gigi Gryce with Clifford Brown 10” on French Vogue 175

This is the original deep-groove French issue of Gigi Gryce “Jazz Time Paris, Volume 11” on Vogue L.D. 175. This October 8, 1953 session was later issued in the U.S. on Blue Note BLP 5048, except for “No Start No End” which was recorded on October 10 and did not appear on BLP 5048. The flat rim playing surface is in near-new condition, with a nice luster; perhaps played once. The coated cover is clean throughout with just ¼” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening, and a superficial crease at the top right corner of the front.
