Here is a lovely original UK example of Caravan's ultra rare self-titled debut album on Verve from 1969, with the coveted pillar sleeve. You may find it hard to find a better example. The front laminated single flipback sleeve is in amazing EX condition with beautiful sharp corners, straight unworn wedges, near perfect flipbacks, a lovely pinched spine, a small corner of laminate lift (not broken) near the bottom of the spine, absolutely no writing and no sticker tears anywhere; the vulnerable unlaminated rear panel is also about as perfect as you will ever see. A remarkable sleeve for near 50 years old! The lovely heavy first press A1/B1 disc is also in strong EX condition with no spindle wear, lying perfectly flat on the turntable and with just the very lightest wispiest sleeve withdrawal marks to be seen when critically examined under strong lighting, and certainly no deep feelable scratches. There may be a tiny printing smudge on the final letter of STEREO on the Side 2 label or it may have been inked in but it is so small it is difficult to tell either way. Good luck if you are bidding - and don't forget to check out my other items. I carefully package and post tracked to ensure they reach you as they leave me, with the disc removed from the outer sleeve.
