RARE Promo item released ahead of the album American life in 2003

they were released in Black, Red and Camo by far the rarest of all three, this one is the most rarest from the three colours

Comes original box with car with number plate MADONNA 002 white on front and yellow back plate, has a card with number plate which was laminated to protect the condition, this were given out to Madonna's close family and friends the only thing missing is the badge and plastic carrier bag

My friend collected a lot of Madonna promo items when they were alive as they were a no 1 fan
