**** PLEASE READ -::::: This 45 is the ORIGINAL - STYRENE with RAISED "X" in DEAD WAX. - and VERY COLLECTABLE , Nice.******* I have been a long time collector of Shrine 45's and have had some 25 Original ones falling short of the Full set by some 5 x 45s over the years and had these 45s a couple of times, and have been lucky enough to have seen near all of them over the years, and I broke up a Good collection years back and started again , but decided to let the ones I have go and I do hold more.

It is a Very interesting story behind the Eddie Singleton story and the demise through the Martin Luther King riots in 1968 at Washington D.C. where unfortunately the store (( Waxie Maxies )) was burnt down and the SHRINE STOCK which was pressed was destroyed and they were never pressed again , yes there are some more common ones which were disted but some are VERY RARE and these are 2 which qualify HARD TO FIND , that is a quick outline but a Great bit of History and hence it made the (( SHRINE LABEL )) one of the most collectable Soul Labels out there.

Here for Auction a nice copy of this great 45 from my Collection , i have listed Numerous RARE Pressings - Condition Vinyl VG+ Light scratches only and V.Nice Condition, -- Retains NRFULL Gloss.Labels VG+/++ Slight wear and little fade but CLEAN- Very collectable - SEE PHOTO'S ... .. ...
