The New Tweedy Bros. - s/t (Ridon S.L.P. 234, USA 1968)

Ultra rare and guaranteed ORIGINAL of this legendary California dreamy Psych LP in oversized hexagonal silver-foiled cover. Rarely offered for sale.., no reserve - GOOD LUCK!!

Condition cover: unfortunately former owner has cut-off the left and right corner in order to make the cover fit into his record shelf (see the photo...), has strong creases and wear around corners and at edges, some scuffs on front, some ring- / edge- and overall wear (which is quite usual for this extremely fragile foiled cover...)

Condition labels: light wear at center hole, light discoloration at outer edge, few spindle marks, otherwise clean, no writing, tears, stickers etc.

Condition record: shows several hairlines and surface scuffs but no deep marks or heavy scratches, looks a bit shadowy / spotted in parts (maybe due to somewhat sub-standard vinyl / pressing). Plays with great bright and clear sound, very clean in parts but also has passages with some crackle and / or tic(s) (never too loud or disturbing, no "campfire" atmosphere...). Although no copy for perfectionists or mint-freaks it´s still very enjoyable to listen to, and you all know how rare this record is...

All items are send in solid cardboard mailers especially designed for shipping records with additional layer(s) of cardboard for stiffening and protection. I don´t use flimsy wrappers or aircraft pockets. Vinyl (protected by inner sleeve) will be removed from cover to prevent seam splits. Extra strong packaging (double mailers etc.) is available on request but will probably cause higher postage, please ask before paying if interested.

Grading: All items are graded visually (under strong light source) and acoustically (at least spot checked). I use the standard grading system (M/NM/EX/VG/G...) to give an overall impression of the item´s condition added by a more precise statement of all occurring defects. I´ll only grade a record (or cover)as MINT if it is visually immaculate and unplayed (or if I´m sure that it was only played 2 or 3 times). All my gradings are guaranteed, if you´re not satisfied please contact me, send the record back and you´ll receive full refund (less postage). So bid with confidence.
