ALL LPS HAVE BEEN PLAY TESTED FROM START TO FINISH ON BOTH SIDES FOR GRADING PURPOSES

I am clearing out my classical music record collection and will be listing approximately 500 records over the next few months.

Each record and its cover are graded in line with the record collector grading system as noted below. I have play tested each record prior to listing. This is not just a best guess based on visual examination.

Each record has been cleaned prior to listening.

Title / Composer etc and additional notes - ULTRA RARE ROSALYN TURECKS HMV RECORDING OF BACHS GOLDBERG VARIATIONS ON THE RED GOLD 1ST PRESS LABEL. NOT RELEASED IN STEREO. LPS PRESSED ON 155 GRAM VINYL.

Record Condition- visually BOTH lps are in excellent condition with some minor signs of play. having listened to both of the lps from start to finish throughout all four sides both records play in excellent condition. The sound is strong and vibrant for 59 year old mono recordings. Released in 1958 on heavyweight 155 gram vinyl.

Cover Condition- the fully laminated lp covers are both in very good + condition with minor signs of age. the flipbacks are all firmly stuck down and the rear covers are nice and clean. the laminate retains much of its original sheen. all edges are nice and straight. the records comes in their original EMITEX poly lined innver sleeve which is in near mint condition.

Catalogue number ALP 1548 AND 1549 - 2 LP SET - RARE MONO RECORDING NOT RELEASED ON STEREO - VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND IN THIS TYPE OF CONDITION

Postage and Shipping Costs

The postage costs listed are for one LP if you wish to purchase more please contact me for a quote as all shipments will be based on total weight.

I am happy to post internationally and will combine shipments for more than one purchase. Please contact me for a quote on specific items.

All records will be removed from the outer over to minimise risk of damage.

Records will be posted in professional cardboard cruciform mailers along with two cardboard stiffeners to protect the record.

I am using UK Royal Mail and will not be using any other alternative, as it is too time consuming to arrange couriers etc.

Grading Used

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
