THIS IS THE FIRST BEATLES LP RELEASED IN AUSTRALIA

The 1964 LP album is an Australian only release, by Philips Electrical Industries Pty Ltd

The album has some of the earliest Beatles songs including The Beatles and Tony Sheridan / My Bonnie / The Saints / Cry for a Shadow / Why.

"This album includes some excellent examples of the early as well as the most recent Mersey music. George Harrison & Paul McCartney were still members of the Beat Brothers when the tracks "Ruby Ruby & What'd I Say" were recorded with Tony Sheridan. Then, shortly afterwards, the Beatles were formed and they did the four tracks on this album, again with Tony Sheridan."

The vinyls is in excellent condition, with just some very light marks, the cover is in very good condition + but with some light edge wear, also the flip back cover has some light ring wear.
