FOR NON US CUSTOMERS: Unless you opt and pay for registered/insured postage, I cannot refund simply because I cannot track regular airmail post. I will work somthing out with you , however. Of course, if you are a regular customer, you know I always work out the problem to the satisfaction of all, but we encourage you to insure or register your package if you have had similar experiences with other items or sellers. Also be aware that customs sometimes holds packages, so be sure to check with them first. Lost & uninsured packages are unusual, but it happens occasionally.
