Labels :
Classic UK 1st Press swirly Vertigo labels!!! Both sides are OUTSTANDING with NO real signs of age, NO graffiti, and NO writing OR tears whatsoever!!! Just has a small amount of ultra light spindle marks which suggests that this has barely had much play at all!!! FANTASTIC for a 45 year old record!!! Both must grade overall at least as Excellent!!!
Record : Visual -
Spectacular Original 1971 UK 1st Press Vinyl!!! Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed!!! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks INCREDIBLE with NO nasty scratches, groovewear, or nasty deep scuffs whatsoever!!! The only blemishes off perfection are just one or two BARELY VISIBLE totally non-sounding cosmetic scuffs, a few of the lightest, wispy sleeve traces/cleaning lines (only visible in strong angled light) and only one or two ULTRA light non sounding hairlines from where it has sat or been removed from it's cover over the years!!! Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes affect play much AT ALL!!! PHENOMENAL for a record of this age and rarity!!! You'll be amazed by how generally clean and unworn it is!!! Must grade overall at least as Very Good+++!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)
Record : Audio -
Thankfully, it plays AMAZINGLY with fantastic stereo separation and clarity!!! It really sounds incredible with NO hisses, hops, distortion, skips OR sticks!!! Only like pretty much ALL records has only a small amount of ultra light ticks on very rare occasions, and possibly just the MEREST TOUCH of low level static in the rarest few and far between places such as on the run in grooves and between some tracks, but that's truly about it!!! The vast, vast, majority of the music is TRULY crystal clear - It really does play with a CD-like near 100% black silence, but with that bass, depth, clarity and warmth you can only get from original UK vinyl!!! EVEN the vast majority of the quiet sections!!! Absolutely ESSENTIAL!!! MAGNIFICENT for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall audibly at least as Excellent+!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)
Sleeve :
Original UK 1st Press "Howards" fully laminated box style sleeve complete with unsplit swirly inner and PHENOMENALLY rare poster (in MAGNIFICENT unused condition and with only an absolute miniscule amount of incredibly mild signs of handling to show of it’s 45 years, absolutely ZERO dulling or wear!!! You can easily count how many times this has left the sleeve on the one hand - Near Mint )!!! IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP!!! This one is NOT, and looks BRILLIANT, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves!!! NO tears, NO writing, NO graffiti, NO bad marks AT ALL, and still ULTRA strong and solid after all these years!!! Only has a small amount of ultra light signs of general mild ageing such as just a small amount of ultra light creases and the merest hint of a record imprint, some minor sticker remains to the top centre of the front (should clean away) and only some very mild laminate lifting along parts of the spine (truly minimal), a touch of denting to the four corners which basically ALL vintage sleeves have, and POSSIBLY (just to be sure!!!) one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all!!! And that's truly about it!!! I tend to bring it down by listing the most minor negatives I can possibly find, but this remains a FANTASTIC sleeve and a TRUE rarity to find one as strong and beautifully presentable as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one!!! It remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit and unspoilt, and even the spine remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit and 100% readable!!! Must grade overall at the least as Very Good++!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me)

I've realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system (occasionally with a + or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i'm having real trouble deciding!), so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100% perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps!
