This is a RARE 1st Press which includes the orange gatefold sheet insert, only available with the first pressings.

The vinyl is in very good condition on both sides. There are a few light surface marks including light scratches, but none are detrimental to the play or the overall sound of the album. It plays and sounds fabulous. The matt black/silver labels on both sides are in very good condition. There is evidence of play around either side of the spindle hole, but it's certainly not excessive.

The outer laminated gatefold sleeve with flip back centre spread is in very good + condition. Printed and made by Ernest J.Day & Co.Ltd., London it just has a tiny bit of edge and corner rubbing and a few small ripples in the laminate along the top and bottom edges. The spine is lovely and straight.

Includes the orange & red printed gatefold sheet with lyrics in red lettering.

Fabulous, 1st Press album from Jimi Hendrix in very good, original condition.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extras such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
