Vinyl: Lee Morgan on Blue Note 1538

This is the deep-groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Lee Morgan “Indeed” on the Lexington Avenue (Side 2) and New York 23 (Side 1) labels of Blue Note BLP 1538. Other than an inaudible ¼” handling mark at the beginning of Side 2, the beaded rim playing surface is in virtually new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The reverse-frame coated Lexington Avenue cover is bright and clean throughout; minor wear at the corners; 1” surface flaking on the top seam, at the spine; small areas of surface flaking along the spine and bottom seam; superficial crease on the right side of the front.
