The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
John Lennon & Yoko Ono-"Some Time In New York City", a 2 LP set, Apple SVBB-3392, released in 1972. This is the extremely scarce white label promo pressing. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition on three sides, with a tiny mark on side two of the second (live) LP. It appears to be a handling mark; it's possible these LP's are unplayed. Gatefold cover is in strong VG+ condition with very light general age wear and a little discoloring (this cover is prone to that). Very rare piece of Lennon vinyl, in overall excellent shape. This is actually one of his rarest releases.
