TheBeatles & Frank Ifield On Stage

This album is one of the rarest and most valuable of all Beatles albums ever issued. It was the last album manufactured by Vee-Jay Records, before their rights to the Beatles were to expire on Oct. 10, 1964.

Vee-JayVJ-1085 released in September 1964 is one of the rarest of the Vee-Jay Beatles albums.

Record has black label with the album number VJLP 1085 at 9 o’clock position.

Its trail off areas include the following hand etched markings: the matrix number64-3852 on SIDE 1 and 64-3853 on SIDE 2; the job number 6295 on SIDE 1 and 6295Xon SIDE 2.

I am the original owner of the album bought in the fall of 1964 and been with me ever since. The condition is fair with the seams on all sides well-worn and split open. There are some stains and marks on the back cover and wear on the front cover. See all pictures.

The approximate split on the top, bottom and seam is as follows:

Top - 7 inches from the opening
Bottom - 1 inch from the spline and 4 inches from the opening
Spline - No tear but worn on the bottom corner
Top and Bottom also pretty well worn as you could have seen in the pictures.

The record disc it also in fair condition with some minor scratches. I have not played it in years so the exact condition is unknown.

Original Vee-Jay inner sleeve included.

While not in mint condition I was always so proud of this album and the music of Frank Ifield and the Beatles. I was a big fan of Frank Ifield then as I am now and the Beatles while I own every one of the albums the Beatles ever released in the USA.
