I will supply plenty pictures of this album to get a clear view of the album.

Gordon Waller was one half of the 60's duo Peter & Gordon. Waller released this solo album in 1972, it only sold a handful of copies, because of poor sales no further copies were pressed and it was never re-released making it one of the rarest....if not the rarest Vertigo Swirl label record ever.

This is the stupendously rare first and only press of Gordon Waller's only album. When one considers all the swirls that have been issued in the UK, this one is among the three very rarest albums. Reportedly only 80 to 90 were ever issued and only a couple of dozen will likely have survived since 1972. Rare like the "Ben" album and actually far rarer than e.g. "Catapilla", "Tudor Lodge" or even Linda Hoyle's album.

Vinyl: EX to EX+. Stunning deep glossy and heavy vinyl. A beautiful glossy vinyl with just one very short wispy hairline, totally unfeelable. Under a very bright light source a few paper retraction traces which remain invisible in normal daylight. I subjected the record to a detailed listen on my high end system and it sounded great. Lovely channel separation without any distortion and only very light static at times mainly between tracks. Labels are undamaged and in EX+ condition with only the wispiest of spindle traces. An impossible find in this fantastic condition and a vinyl very worthy of investment. This is so extremely rare, the only one I have ever come across in over 30 years of collecting. Of course, NO jumps or sticks.

Sleeve: VG+ to EX. Without doubt one of the hardest ever to find Vertigo swirls. To the front a picture of Gordon Waller, undoubtedly looking for some hen's teeth. A Gimmix sleeve of sorts as the picture is framed by the outer borders of the sleeve. The colours have been retained very nicely, there are a couple of small light handling creases. There is a catalogue sticker to the front right top as well as a small colour filled area on the top edge towards the opening, barely visible. The spine is pinched as was customary for single sleeves and all text 100% legible. Edge wear is only very light and the opening is super crisp! The pictures give you some impression of the quality at hand in this auction. A stunner I think and very worthy of investment.

Inner sleeve: The original swirl inner sleeve is in great shape with the poly liner attached. No creases or splits. Light yellowing on the extremities of the sleeve. An easy EX.

This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.

Important : International postage will be registered and insured if over GBP 30.00. In the UK, if over £100.00 this will be sent special delivery. Please wait for an amended invoice before paying. Postage will be according to Royal Mail rates. Postage is NOT a money spinning exercise for me.

Though there are rarely ever any problems with my items, I always try my very best to describe everything exactly! PLEASE REMEMBER to contact me FIRST, if you have any problems at all, before you leave feedback and star ratings, so I get a chance to turn any negative experience into a positive one! I can always happily sort anything out for you, if you let me know you have a problem! This way no one has to leave Negative/Neutral feedback - and we both walk away happy! Similarly with the amount of stars, anything less than a full 5 * rating is effectively detrimental to a seller's rating as lower ratings will incur higher Final Value Fees and lower priority in the bidlists eventually making it unattractive to list items on Ebay at all. I know of at least one major previous Ebay seller who has decided not to list via Ebay again. Please do NOT bid if you cannot give me at least 1 chance to sort everything out to your FULL satisfaction in the unlikely event of a problem. Thanks again!!

This an excellent investment opportunity!!! Any questions please ask me and I will try to answer soon.
