Vinyl SIDE A is NM - clean and glossy, labels clean and bright. Faint sleeve scuff on lead-in (silent) portion only. Actual playable portion looks unplayed.
Vinyl SIDE B is EX+ - clean and glossy, labels clean and bright. Non-Feelable mark on "Byrd's House". Minor sleeve scuff on lead-in (silent) portion only, otherwise looks unplayed.
Cover has light ring wear, otherwise in great condition. See photos. Price sticker shows I bought it in San Mateo, in the early 1990s; I'm leaving it as-is unless winner wants me to safely remove it.
Overall, a great copy of this exceedingly rare private label jazz record.

Record Grading:
SS (Still Sealed) - In factory-fresh condition.
M (Mint) - I don't use this grade.
NM (Near Mint) - A near perfect, possibly unplayed record.
EX (Excellent) - Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to EX. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.
VG (Very Good) - A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG- (Very Good Minus) - Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
G+ (Good Plus) - In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records.

I will ship no more than 5 business days (usually less) after the payment is made, from Monday through Friday. I cannot ship on weekends or holidays.
