Shown in photos is a VERY RARE (and great) NORTHERN SOUL promo 45 by The Topics on the Chadwick record label titled "Hey Girl Where Are You Going?" b/w "If Love Comes to Knockin" (also good).
The condition of record is near mint with flawless wax and X's on the label which is a "common" practice for radio stations to mark the play side...............see photos.
