Four page leaflet is mint.
Hand-painted sleeve has a 1/8 inch tear and a bump on spine.
Unplayed since purchased direct from Franz Koglmann over 20 years ago. Autographed by Koglmann on the back. The label has a bit of paper missing around the spindle hole but I have never put this record on a turntable since purchasing it.
