Vinyl: Hank Mobley - Blue Note BLP 1568 - Mono - Original Press - New York 23 Variant

Record: VG+ to NM: Visually graded under strong light and play-graded in its entirety. No scratches. Some tiny sleeve scuffs (millimeter scale) on both sides, primarily on side 2. These are not visible without strong light at just the right angle. Nearly imperceptible. Vinyl is black and glossy throughout. Labels are in beautiful shape with just the lightest of handling wear. No wear to body of center hole (See photos). Professionally cleaned with a MusicHall WCS-2 Record Cleaning Machine and Zerostat. The audio is bright , with a full-range throughout. You can tell this has only been played a few times. There is some light surface noise and a few soft pops. Label Side 1: 47 West 63rd NYC. Label Side 2: 47 West 63rd New York 23. Van Gelder ear is found on the dead wax on both sides. Runout Side 1: RVG (EAR) BN-LP-1568-A M 9. Runout Side 2: (EAR) RVG BN-LP-1568-B M 9.

Sleeve G to VG: No split seams! Cover lightly tanned due to age. Corners lightly bumped. One light crease under photo gloss on cover--appears to be a manufacturing issue. Open edge has some light wear along the front--just starting to get wavy, but no sign of delamination other than on the tiny bumped, lower right corner. Back cover has some foxing stains along the bottom edge, which did not penetrate the interior of the sleeve. No sign of mildew. Small stain on upper right corner. Original inner sleeve, in very good condition, with light tanning and a few creases, will be included. Record will be safely secured in a new Mobile Fidelity inner. See photos for detail.
