Both labels have 47 W. 63rd NYC address and the same address at the bottom of the back cover. Deep groove on both sides of the record. The record has the "ear" and "RVG" inscribed in the dead wax. 6 tracks. Leader, Louis Smith, trumpet; Cannonball Adderley ( listed on the jacket as "Buckshot La Funke") alto sax; Duke Jordan, piano (on 3 tracks), Tommy Flanagan, piano (on 3 tracks); Doug Watkins, bass; Art Taylor, drums.

Cover: VG+ to VG++ Intact with small pencil mark on the top margin of the back cover. This is very small. Light aging on both sides of the jacket. Small mark near the top of the front cover.

Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. 1 small, very light surface rub mark on Side 1, 2 similar on Side 2. These marks do not affect the sound. On Side 1, Track 2, 1 click. On Side 2, Track 1, 1 click near the beginning of the Track. 3 clicks on Track 2 followed by 4 clicks and then a series of about 20 light clicks through the bass solo, towards the end of the Track. No other surface noise. This noise plays a small part in the total sound and I have adjusted the overall rating accordingly. Audibly checked
