The UPHOLSTERERS - Makers of High Grade Suites - 7" + ALL INSERTS grading (mint-) it has not been played.

This does not have the Fabled "blood Card" with the editions on the back of the card, which leads little credence to the rarity of the release. Meaning: it has the business card without the red blood drawn on the tack. It does not have the edition handwritten on the back of the card. What sets this apart from those : This was given to my friend by Jack White when the White Stripes stayed at their house in San Diego during their early tours c. December 2000 and played the Casbah.
