AFI - Fly in the Ointment - 7" Test Pressing (Halloween Special Edition)

I am thinning out some of the duplicates from my record collection...this one is the ultra-rare "Fly In The Ointment" Test Pressing Halloween set by AFI, numbered copy 26 out of only 31 in existence!

AFI is known for their unique out-of-print and collectible releases, but with only thirty-one individually numbered copies, this is truly the most scarce item ever issued to the public. Released on Halloween of 2016 and only available directly from Wedge Records online, this extremely limited edition set sold out in a matter of seconds! If you want a more hard-to-find piece of AFI, you're probably going to have to break into a band member's house.

31 original test press copies from 1995 were released from the Wedge vaults, as part of an ongoing 20th Anniversary celebration. Packaged in a special orange and black Halloween sleeve, with a bunch of exclusive Samhain special bonuses.

INCLUDES:

- original test pressing 7" from 1995 with Halloween '16 cover (this is hand-stamped copy # 26 / 31)

- limited edition glow-in-the-dark "Fly in the Ointment" T-shirt

- Halloween series button pack (also hand-stamped, matching copy # 26 / 31)

- hand silk screened A.F.I. patch

- Letterpress reproduction of the flyer from the original record release party with Screw 32, The Yahmos and Witticus (flyer has a cool spider web texture on the backside)

- Wedge Wreck Chords sticker

- glow-in-the-dark vampire bat

- Trick or Treat Winona Ryder pin (Halloween version of the classic Winona logo that appeared on the old Wedge Records releases)

...all packaged inside of a clandestine black box!

CONDITION: the record is unplayed, the shirt was never worn, the sticker never stuck, etc... Everything was inspected upon arrival (since the sale was so secret and went so fast, we didn't really know what we were getting until we got it) and carefully handled for the auction pics. All items have been re-packed as originally received, so you will be getting this exactly as if you had ordered it new.
