ELVIS PRESLEY - THAT'S ALL RIGHT/BLUE MOON OF KENTUCKY SUN 209 SINGLE, 1954 ORIGINAL RELEASE, 7" 45RPM
This is a "well loved" original copy of Elvis' historic 1954 debut single, the one that started it all!
Features the infamous push-marks, and associated serial numbers (1/2" spacing before the 72 etching).
The condition of the record is probably graded as "fair", it would make a perfect sample for framing.
I am not sure how it plays, since I've never spun it (so I understand old Sun 45s were cut with a wider groove, that was meant for 78rpm stylus - this results in the so-called "Sun hiss"). I've owned it for a few years and the dealer (so I recall) indicated a possible jump on side B.
I've not put it through a record cleaner either, personally I preferred to keep the 'history' on the record, but a pro-clean would probably improve playability either way.
The all important labels are in overall very good condition, as can be seen in the photos - no handwriting on these!
Ships with an old "Sun Records" sleeve.
Postage includes insurance.
